Photographic interests: I have had an interest in photography from an early age, as my father gave me a camera in the late 1940’s. Upon retirement in 2004, I found more time to devote to my passion. I particularly enjoy photographing wild and garden flowers, wildlife, architectural subjects and abstracts images. I have been told I have a good eye for a photo so am likely to photograph any subject which appeals to me creatively.

Positive reactions from the Gillingham Photo group led me to join the Royal Photographic Society and in 2011, I received a licensure from the RPS after successfully completing the formal application process.

Equipment: I use a Samsung GX10 DSLR and a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ200. I also use a Samsung Galaxy A20e smartphone. I use Photoshop and Lightroom to process images and Silver EFex for black and white. I have a Canon Pro 2000 Mark 11 printer and I use for are matt, glacé and gloss papers with the occasional canvas.
